Yes!! 2.6 lbs this week gone, AND I have hit my 10 lb mark. I'm very excited.
I only played volleyball twice last week, but still ran 4 times. I'm planning on playing volleyball 4 times this week, and running 4 times as well.
My body fat percentage is about 32%. It'd be nice to get it under 30%, but that will come with time. I'm also starting to look for 5k's around April so I have a finite goal for my running. :)
My jaw has been bothering me since last Monday. :( I went to the dr's Wednesday, and she only told me that if it didn't go away to go to the dentist. So, I'll be going to the dentist Wednesday. The dr thinks it's TMJ. I just hope they can tell me what is wrong, because I wake up in the morning and the right side of my jaw hurts so so so badly.
