I have decided to weigh myself everyday. I know that doesn't work for some people, but I feel like if I don't do each thing (weigh in, journal, track foods) everyday then I'm more likely to fall off the wagon again.
I gained 0.2 lbs from yesterday, but I know that's probably just a fluctuation. I'm not going to allow myself to feel bad about it.
There's so much tempting food in my house: Christmas cookies and candy, wine, champagne, chips, ice cream. I'm doing my best to have willpower and also not deprive my fiance by making him throw it all away. He is blessed with an incredibly fast metabolism that I PRAY our future children inherit.
I'm still getting over the flu (yet I am at work because I'm out of PTO days for the year!) so no exercising has been happening.
Day 4 with no alcohol. New Year's Eve will be tough but it's a small price to pay for my health!
