Weigh in was bad yesterday, i gained 6 more ounces. Usually i wouldn't worry about it since i was bloated and (TOM) was visiting, but that's almost 3 weeks not losing anything. I definitely hit a PLATEAU!!! ...I'm doing take off today and tomorrow so my next weigh in should be more pleasant. Well let's say if i don't blew it the next day 'cause I'll be hanging out in New York this Sunday.

That is ok, your TOM is always an added few lbs on the scale. I weigh in tomorrow and I am feeling bloated too, I am just hoping I might be down.

How did the weigh in go today? I went in this morning and went down .8--they gave me more to eat and I was in a wedding so I drank on friday night.....I dont understand but ooh well!! I hope this week goes well and I have at 2 lb. loss next week!!
