Finally a budge. I have been exceeding intake, just realized I was indeed premenstrual. feeling a little tipsy turvy I'm my body, which often signals a movement in weight. was able to be satisfied with some weird mommy soup today, which is helpful as far as calories go.
68,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
