yahhhh!!! going down slowly!! guys! it's lifestyle changes! I stopped my 10am popcorn snack and replacd my endless cappuccinos for Americano's!! I started weight training a little each day (like 20mins each day) and doing fasted cardio :) (oh and not eating cake everyday- that was a biggy)
