Well, the great start-over. I made head way but i did not reach my Labor day goal. Not by a long shot so here we go again. What did I learn? I need to avoid the starchy carbs and keep my total calories low. 1200 kcals a day is about right for progress. Also exercise. I need to figure out how to keep it up even when I travel and work is nuts. For me!
