Feeling a bit discouraged as I haven't lost any weight for agile. I know I've been eating more especially of wrong foods. And I've not done the actual YMCA walk as often as I should. I did incorporate some jogging at first. Not doing that anymore & rightly so. Feeling so weak though. Am I lacking sleep, or a nutrient?
