forgot to weigh myself this morning until I had already had a large glass of water and 3 cups of coffee. just adding 2 kg to yesterday's weight and calling it done.
free day went well and didn't have too much out of the ordinary. although I didn't drink enough water. back on today... fasting and back to working out
