Finally did some cooking and made pulled chicken for dinner + leftovers - was getting frustrated for not having enough protein in my diet. Bloated this morning though, could feel it happening late last night. Hopefully my weight will keep lowering after getting more easy protein in my diet - goal is to look good for our Las Vegas trip in early September!
