Starting over today, after 2 beach trips, stress at work, and stress at home I have been eating my feelings again. Today is a new day and choose control. I bought a journal to start writing down how I feel when I am upset or stressed. I need quiet time alone and this will help. I had more when my son was younger but now that he is older he stays up later and I don’t have much time alone. Not that I am complaining, I love being a mother and being with him, I just also really love alone time. I’m an introvert and at work all day I have to be an extrovert, and it is exhausting. So when I come home I want quiet but don’t usually have it til late at night. I am going to journal on my lunch break and while my son falls asleep now too. Hopefully this will help me with my weight.
