OkOk so that's the end of the 1st 4 week journey of calorie deficit low carbs high fats 150g daily protein journey. 2.6kg down, blood glucose levels down under 10mmol regularly with reduced oral meds💪 I learned a lot about myself and habits and ways to handle any cravings.
