i really didn't think my weight had changed in the past week, but i was wrong and very surprised and excited. i'm closer to my goal and more determined than ever to get there. i refuse to go any lower, and i do feel my goal is a little too low. i recognize that you should be a certain weight for your body and i can't imagine myself any smaller. i would just look awkward. but even if i do reach my goal, i will continue on with working out, but finally let myself eat something tasty and caloric once and a while without guilt.
