Was at a conference yesterday and they had a big spread of pastries and cookies... My weakness. Will do better to avoid the extra sugar and calories over the next few days to make up for it. On a side note, I am wondering if I was able to lose more fat when I was drinking a lot more water, because I'm now more solidly in the 120's than before... Kinda curious. I'll try to keep up with highee water intake.
