I have been looking after my a bit poorly but lovely 89 year old Mother up country.
Diet temptations were small because I'm buying all food and therefore in control. chocolate biscuits and bananas were the only temptations and I was able to give myself granny portions. There may be a bit of bounce back now I'm home.
I'm back up to help again in four days.
