I am rocking! I know I am at the best with healthy eating and discipline during the first week or so (and the ♀️hormons fluctuation definitely affects me). I dont have any cravings whatsoever, I enjoy all my healthy foods, I am not grumpy.. But I need a plan for when things will not be the same pms-ing.. Any tips ladies? I got myself 5-htp for mood balance as I am prone to emotial eating during those nasty 5-7 days, so maybe it will help..🤔
