Don't wory to much about it. If your exercising, you've gained muscle weight - muscle weighs more than fat remember. Also, our bodies LOVE to play games with us - and the scale is not the only way to measure a loss. It happens tome all the time - Week 1 I lose 5 lbs. Week 2 I do the same stuff - diet and exercise, and I either stay the exact same, or gain a pound!! So frustrating!!! We just have to remember that no matter what, our new lifestyle is better than that old one! Keep it up and you will be at your goal before you know it!
