I left the scale alone for a week because it hasn't changed very much lately. I saw new record today! 😁 Don't let it get to you!

I was dropping at 1 - 2/10 lbs and then up a little. This A.M., the scales were frinedly. I dropped 1.8 lbs from yesterday. The scales are right, so I'm not sure why. But I'll definitely take it. The loss will come !!
