I have to admit I have had one hell of a year. My daughter is off to college. Going thru a divorce (I was told that I was in a very toxic marriage by many family and freinds),selling my lake house and losing my job.
Looking at the positives I had a new job within a week. My divorce is almost done (woo hoo!!), and I have lost 84 lbs since April 13th (302lbs at the start of this journey in January).
I am so glad that I found this app, love this wonderful group that is supportive of one another through good and bad.
Bring on 2024 and I wish all of you success, prosperity and good health!!
