Oops! I had no idea you were trying to do a lil bulk. I missed that somehow. No worries, it's likely just water weight anyway.

Well it was more like just giving in and not fighting it anymore 🤣 I never made a plan or anything. that lifting challenge and the cold weather has me hungry, it’s the holidays, I figure why not?? Maybe some good will come of it? I’ll probably keep letting nature take its course for a few more weeks, we’ll see what happens.

Lol... That's basically what I've been doing, eating when hungry, just making sure to get my protein in, while keeping carbs low except after lifting.
