had a really bad couple of weeks, plenty of stress, barely eating. not good . trying to get back to tracking, i felt like I lost 20 lb, with all this stress, but stress is a fat pill.. ugh 🤦♀️, hopefully ill confuse my metabolism again.. I want to be down to at least 180 before the summer.. I am sooo 😞 discouraged.
