So I've been off estrogen for the first time in 15 years due to getting an IUD. I feel like I'm gaining weight really fast instead of losing. Maybe it's salt and carbs from rice & all the stir fry we've been cooking. We shall see how the weekend goes.

Oh gosh - you will probably have an adjustment for sure to deal with but it can be done. When I went thru menopause I really struggled and it truly for me anyway was CICO. The worst thing about not have estrogen too was my skin being dry and my hair thinning. I am thinking of getting a testosterone pellet with an estrogen blocker but have not done it yet. I had my blood drawn and just need to go in for a followup but I am so tired of all the symptoms. I hope you can balance everything out.

Wifey it was regular combination birth control that had both, now its just progesterone. I'm approaching 35 but haven't had any experience with this kind of thing. Good news though the iud fixed my other issue and today I'm good to go for fun time! Hehe
