I'm starting to see it in the mirror, in pictures. I want to cry! (Tears of happiness of course). Not only am I seeing it, I'm feeling it. Not just my improvement in my workouts, but in my drive. Every other time I've started a routine of trying to get healthy, I've gotten either discouraged or bored or even just lazy. This time is just so different, and I honestly don't see myself falling off track.
