I did put a little bit on again after I fell of the wagon, got low at not losing after trying so hard and then had two /3 binge days of pies, crisps chocolate. I di dit as. REWARD AND Also a PENANCE for not losing. Stupid.
Anyway, I had a strict week, doing a 5/2 550/600 cals, fasting, and eating under no more than 950 calories for a week.
So now Im back to 81.2kg from 82.5!!
Do another week of 900cals plus two days of 500/600 cals. This week.
