Here's a funny irony for you when I eat a lot of nutritiously dense food particularly things like carrots and squash things with a lot of water weight I typically will gain weight for a couple of days and when I eat crap from like a fast food joint I lose weight I guess cuz it moves through the pipes a little quicker. You got this healthy food is nutritious and your body needs it!
