Funeral for my step mother, she lived to 101 years old. tough old bird, drove till she was 95 , never overweight. but the days started by me and my son having a classic Dinner breakfast. Loved it, but it was a pile of sodium and carbs. good bacon thought. Long morning, afternoon services then at 3PM a family dinner at Dinosaurs BBQ Restaurant. Another heavy meal, but surprise, the sides were all the bad stuff, the mash potatoes and salad dressing. So tomorrow i will be 2-3 lbs heavier and the sodium will cause other issues. Just to think in the past this was my normal diet,
