So...didn't quite reach my goal of 190lbs or less by today (in fact that date was originally weeks ago) I just kept moving the goal post as I self sabotage my progress. BUT I DON'T QUIT!!! I gotta keep pushing. I didn't meet my goal but I'm close...and I will! 💪🏽
