My weight changes very little no matter what I do. I am stagnate and need a shake-up.

Me too. I vary about 1 pound plus or minus around 142.5, mostly plus. My goal is only to lose about 2.5 pounds of fat while maintaining muscle mass and tone. Sounds so simple. Exercise, eat smart, be consistent. It's harder than it should be because my wife isn't on board with the plan. She's a cookie and pasta and why do you need to look good anyway kinda gal. But, people come as packages, not menus where you can pick only what you like and leave the rest.
