Trust the process….even though your unhappy with the results that you see from the scales…the scales only tell part of it….I have a smart scale that syncs to my iPad…showing all the stats…so I kno..even the slightest improvement….I’m kinda figuring it out again….what to eat..that’s gonna show results…and be healthy…lol…which living here…yes it’s healthy by their standards…but….not what I would eat regularly…pick an chose …

Todays lunch menu…hamburger on bun..or hot dog…coleslaw…potato salad ..and ice cream bar…I had potato soup and shed salad….
