originally weighed at 231, but then instantly had to run to the rest room, so i re weighed lol 😆 to 230 regardless a loss is a loss, but i think im a slow loser if i compare to other bariatric patients.
or maybe it just feels that way. so im officially off blood pressure medication, zoloft, lasix,metformin. which is supper exciting.
small goals wins th3 race! slow and easy. now if only i could figure out the stupid menstrual bleeding issue ive been having for 5he past 6 weeks.... gr, but i see the doc in a few days.
