Mmm! Orange! I don't expect that weight to stick. I think I needed it to really clear out. I should clear out a little later as well. Always seems to happen after a day of fasting. Not recommended for anyone with a history of eating disorders, metabolic disorder, or diabetes or hypoglycemia, but I feel awesome! Lifting day!
