I didn’t have many pics from when I started my recent cut so I used a pic that has inspired me to always move forward in this journey. When I took this pic I couldn’t believe I allowed myself to get to this point, and this wasn’t even my heaviest. I still look at this pic quite often and instead of disgusting me like it used to, it now inspires me to see the progress I have made over the past few years. And hopeful as is what’s to come! The cut is coming along and will definitely be wrapping up in the next few weeks. Going based on how I feel and look.

Thanks, the funny thing is I never started feeling or seeing lats and my back up until about 3 months ago! I could never connect with it during a workout. Super, the lat spread isn’t that impressive! Lol I think the light hit it well…
