So glad to see the pounds coming off. I was worried it would show that I had gained. The girls at work just had to buy pizza last night and I fought off the craving for MOST of the night. 1 slice thought I guess is better than the whole dang thing. LOL. But I sure wanted more. I must pat myself on the back for that one though. At least it was only 1. Hoipe everyone else is doing well. 3 days now and no regular soda. I did give in yesterday and have a Diet Mt. Dew.

I know how difficult it is to have just one piece. You were awesome! Pizza is one of my major trigger foods so I try not to be around it at all.
