Tanya Mittvoch's Logboek, 23 mei 23

Haven't been here for a while, but I do my part. I noticed that staying without food becomes easier; not that I am on intermittent fasting, but hey if I slept in and had a late brunch and then early dinner (around 4pm), I'm not hungry going to bed. That's pleasant to observe. Hope we all can see benefits, thus stay on track towards the goal! Oh, and I dont count calories, I know roughly where I am. It would be nice, but I have no time for this. Cheers🙏💐
