I'm really starting to get into triathlon training now and it has me wiped. On top of that, I'm training for the Peachtree that is a few weeks before the tri. I don't understand how people train for an IronMan, it's just crazy. I wanted to swim and bike twice this week, got the swimming done but only biked once. I just needed the sleep this morning 😴
I've also started helping with the middle school cross country team, and they run mostly in the woods which really irritates my feet. I'll have a week break to recuperate though.
Any fun plans for you all this weekend?

Right? The swimming is a lot better this summer since I have the basics down already. I just don't have the time for the hr/hr and a half bike rides I need. At least have about 2 months to figure it out 😂 none of it is as fun as spartan races with little kiddos though! Are there any more family mud runs planned?

I have a bunch for me but the next one for sure the kids are doing isn't until September. that's really cool though I want to try it just need my knee to Cooperate with me and then maybe I'll try a triathlon or half iron man why not 🤣
