Seriously? Back up .2 ? Even with staying under my calories ? Why why why😭😭. Have to go to a Cinco de Mayo party … how am I going to not gain 20 pounds by tomorrow! UGH! On Thurs. I sat at lunch with my kale and mixed green salad with lintels and watched the skinny bitches all eat pizza. ( my salad was good though) Yesterday, I thought the world turned upside down b/c I walked into work and there was a full breakfast spread.. WHAT? My job only hands out more stress, they are so cheap, we have to take turns buying coffee for the kitchen … ok.. well they did give us a water dispenser… there is that… now..by breakfast, I mean a breakfast dessert spread .. no protein … watched everyone dive in.. not me! Later found out the breakfast came from a client.. 😂All is well with the world.. our boss is still cheap! Now a 3rd day of food watching😭. If I had at least lost a little, I would have more incentive … so hard to not just throw up my hands and give up! I am being good and still not loosing… I am going to try and be strong…
