Grateful for a good start. I am not having much of physical activity yet, but man, just food makes wonders to us. My focus was on weight, but there are so many other benefits I kinda forgot about, such as energy level, better mental health, even more time in a day regardless of all the food cooking and prep. I become more organized with healthy diet. Hopefully it can be another motivation for many of us! 🙏💕 Yes, we look better, but we also feel better.
