So glad you're here! 😃 The support I've found here has been invaluable. We get the occasional troll (report, report, report) and some folks get a little blunt (although generally well meaning), but overall, it's incredibly positive. We're rooting for ya!

This app and the inspiration and support of the people here is amazing. I've been here 7 months and I will probably be here the rest of my life. I learn something new almost every day. I do remember it taking a bit to get used to the app and figuring things out. Saved meals is a time saver for meals that you eat regularly. I even have my coffee, creamer for the day as a saved meal and it's logged first thing in the morning as well as anything else that is a given. I use the app for most everything but I've been on the computer to see there is more on the website than the app. Welcome to the FS family, Glad you are here!

@ted: welcome aboard! This is a good place to be! Log everything! The only way to get accurate caloric intake is to weigh and measure everything - use a cheapy scale on the counter or measuring cups and measuring spoons! Best of luck on your journey!!
