Yes, I can relate as I just told a friend I was feeling very turtle-ish and lizard-ish. Ready to pack myself with some grub and dig a hole in the ground and over-winter.

Thank you DOTK and sweet BB, definitely need some blueberries but not blue! Change of weather has me just wanting hot food which is a big change from the cold veggies and grapes I usually eat during the day in summer. So many more calories. Grrrr 🐻🏋♀️
