Hipaagrammy's Logboek, 13 okt 14

Happy Monday!

Today is official weigh-in and I'm pleased with my weekend results. I stuck to my healthy lifestyle - even indulged in some apples dipped in crunchy peanut butter as a dessert (everyone else was having caramel apples). I also rode my exercise bike for 2 HOURS yesterday (not all at once of course), so I'm sure that helped a lot!

I plan to put some time on the exercise bike this morning before I shower and then I'm going to do my measurements. Afterward I'm going to pack up and leave for the visit with my family downstate. My niece Jillian is having some tests today in preparation for her brain surgery tomorrow. I'm praying she has recovered from her C-section enough to tolerate the surgery. Everyone is anxious to get her through this surgery and on the road to recovery. I know there are friends on this site praying for Jill. I will update when I have any news. Thanks so much for your continued prayers.

Today is also my eldest grandson's 19th birthday. Wow! Where has all the time gone? He is a complete joy to me and I am blessed to call him my own.
