After a few days, I've shed almost half of the weight that I put on in 3 weeks of living in hotels and eating in restaurants. It's a testament to how greatly carbohydrates affect your weight. All that I've done is eat fewer carbs since getting home. Not KETO, just limiting Net Carbs to less than 30g. I hope that everyone has a wonderful Labor Day Holiday and a great week.
