So I've been walking / running all week except Thursday (that's the rest day), so I'm feeling pretty good. I didn't do too well this week, only lost 1/2 pound. Hopefully I'll do better this week. I haven't put in the calories for my cheat day yet, but from the tiny amount of weight gain, I think I did well. I didn't want to eat too much, but I wanted to eat some of the foods I've been craving all week.
Other than that, nothing super exciting.
If any of you are walkers / runners, I'd really appreciate it if you could download an app called Walk for a Dog by Wooftrax on your phone. If you could select the rescue to be Furever Friendz in Florida, that'd be awesome. It helps raise money for your selected rescue every time you walk!
