Keidrake's Logboek, 02 sep 22

34 lbs down! and soooo close to being out of the 400s. Might not see that til the end of next week though. Fully expect dinner and drinks tonight to cause fluid retention. But still worth it. It's important to enjoy an evening out, especially since they don't happen often for my husband and I. We're pretty family oriented and typically spend our free time with the kids.

No gym today, but I do see the chiro at 10:15. Then pick up kids at 2pm, the babysitter teen at 4:30pm, then dinner at 7pm with a 45min drive to get there. Oh and I need to order pizza for the kids before we leave. And remind them not to make smoothies like they did last time. They wrecked the kitchen and didn't clean up after themselves. I think they learned their lesson since I grouched at them. If they'd have cleaned everything up they wouldn't have even gotten in trouble. lol.

Oh and I might even get in the pool today after the chiro and before picking up kids.

YES!! You go girl!! 34# is great! Sounds like a fun evening out! Enjoy it to the fullest! This journey is for LIFE! Not just until "goal". You will have to find balance and make adjustments along the way. (Sounds like you have a good handle on this) There will be trials along the way...... for me, I'm just TIRED of always thinking of and logging "the calories". I'm burnt out and just trying to keep steady for a while. And yes, get in the pool for a bit today if you can! I don't have easy access to one - but I would love it!! I am working today and prepping some veggies after work for my pasta salad for tomorrow's get together... Have fun tonight!! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

I have like 20-30mins of down time, just wanted to check in and thank you all for the support. ^_^ @3DKids2: No time for the pool today, but I feel the tired. Like all the time, though it has gotten better since I've started exercising. :D I love my pool too. It was our big splurg this year and kinda doubled as my mother's day and bday gift. Took like 3 weeks to get it set up and we had to call in our friends and their kids to help with getting everything ready. Then we had a pool party and grilled out and fed everyone. It was good all around.
