First week weigh in! Always a big loss because of water, but I am still so excited! :)

Following a low carb, high protein diet now! Dr recommended this for me and seems to keep me full. I have no cravings for a change! Taking it all one day at a time! I want to make these changes so I can live with them as my new lifestyle! I am going to do this! :-)

112,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 34,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
