I’ve cut my alcohol/calorie consumption by switching mostly to NA beer. I’m happy to learn that some brands of it are not disgusting. I’ve been eating a bit much though and not exercising as much as I want. Working on getting back on track though. Just had oranges for breakfast (plus collagen protein in my coffee). Can’t run at the moment because we are soon making an hour drive to get herbie’s new brother! His name is squishy and he is very shy so it may be a while before I can take him on my walks with Herbie but we will get there. Plan to get to the gym later. Have a great day FS!
