Well, I didn't want to log this. But it's the truth right now that I gained 5 pounds since Thursday last week. Nothing to do but do better. I need to drink more water and eat less junk on the weekends which I still haven't improved despite knowing exactly what my problem is. At the end of the day, it's all me and I can do this.

My problem is eating out and snacking, Eating after supper but I can only do I.F. so long unlike some people. Too long from 5pm until noon the next day. Excuses.

You are taking responsibility, that's a step in right direction. Sometimes when I falter I make a schedule of what I'm going to eat and when I'm eating it...(ex: breakfast at 8am, morning snack,10 am watermelon or piece of fruit, lunch, 1130am, turkey wrap...etc) seeing it written down helps keep me on track...

I think having insight is the most valuable lesson I’ve learned… I know what works and what doesn’t … for me weekends and beer is what I do (summertime) and I’m ok with that:)

I drank 80 Oz of water today and met my calorie goal today. Feeling good. The nice part is after over a year of calorie logging I know exactly what items are and I know where I can wiggle. This weekend my goal is to eat lighter and get out and camp. Love you all so much, thank you a million times. I still need the support and I really appreciate your kind, motivating comments 💕🌻✨️😎🤘💪💃
