Kick up your exercise plan or activity level. If you only have a pound to lose, it may take time to get it off.

My son is a personal trainer and wrestler. When he wants to lose that last pound he drinks distilled water instead of regular bottled water and eliminated all sodium. Hope this helps. :-)

@ zavala68. I don't drink bottled water, but faucet water. Does that have sodium?

One pound? Congratulations hitting the goal...maybe just get plenty of sleep for a couple nights. One pound is not something to obsess about - look at how far you have come and think about a maintenance plan.

One pound will come and go when you use the bathroom enough. The more important consideration is how is you overall health?

Yes, most Tap water has sodium in it. The amount depends on where you live and how the water is processed.

Thank you everyone for the comments and inspiration and the funny comments...I did kick the scale and go to the bathroom all at the same time lol. I'm not really obsessed about it, I guess it just would be nice to really see it. I have come a long way. Before I found Fatsecret I was actually at 192, but had lost close to 20 and when I found Fatsecret it has been all up hill since!
