Well I've only lost 1/2 a pound since last week, but considering I gained and then re-lost what I had gained I am pleased with only officially losing 1/2 a pound. Today I am completely beat as I have been shoveling crap all day... yup I did say crap. My diet has not been great as we ate what was available.
