Asarver's Logboek, 26 mei 22

Wow, a 3 lb gain. fat percentage is up by 1%. I know I haven't been eating well. My anxiety has been bad these past few weeks and I think it makes me eat more. It doesn't help that ice cream has been on sale every time I go to the store 🙂🙃

I have my 5K this weekend. Going for an 8:00 min mile, so I'm hoping to finish around 24:30. I'll let you guys know how it goes!

The environment (cheap junk loaded with calories all over the places) really doesn't help.
