Flat lined again this week!!! I have had some rough days with bad food choices and low on water. The positive....I have exercised every single day!!! ♥
70,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Good for you, Pink Rose! It's the water that made the difference, I'm drinking more water too, & in spite of some big b-day treats I lost 2.6 lbs this week ~ YA 4 both of us!
