Wow! I am shocked and ashamed that I've actually put on 20 freakin lbs in 2 months. I did go crazy so I guess I'm not exactly shocked. I am following this diet to a t now...I can't afford to be this big. This is 75 lbs bigger than what I was 1 1/2 yrs ago. I want that old me back so bad. I guess I just have to be willing to do what it takes...time, endurance, patience, and lots of sweat...awww man 200 lbs is motivation 4 sure!!!

Hey, you sound like you need some support. Whatever it is you're finding in food, find it in something else. Just by taking control you'll feel immensely better. Just remember, eventually you can have the good stuff (in moderation), you just need to sacrifice for a little while to feel good about yourself!
